We serve exclusively the following San Francisco Bay Area counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, and San Francisco. Specializing in the city of Oakland and Alameda. Inspection appointment is scheduled within 24 hours of receiving appraisal order. Clients will always be notified if there are any problems with scheduling or access to the property. Typical turn around time is 2 to 4 business days. All appraisal reports are promptly delivered via email in a PDF file unless otherwise specified.
